Doron: Pernais, what’s the first thing you do every morning?
Pernais: I exercise.
Doron: What kind of exercise?
Pernais: I like to do Pilates for my abs so that I look nice on the beach. How about you?
Doron: I try to do exercise every morning but I’m too tired. The first thing I do everyday when I wake up is go back to sleep. I like to snooze for at least 15 or 20 minutes every morning. And then I wake up, by checking my email and reading the day’s news.
