In my culture, being a Lebanese Arab in the Middle East, then no. I would say meditation is not of our culture. However, spirituality is, if you want to that. The two main in Lebanon are Islam and Christianity, and both are practiced. So you have a lot of , a lot of mindfulness, thinking life, meaning of life, , lots of mosques and . However, if you want to about meditation as in mindfulness, yoga, like that, then these ideas are more and more widespread the young . You have a lot of new meditation centers, yoga places, mindfulness being about on social media, is really nice. But I wouldn't say it's part of our culture.
