Tajine

In my country, we've got a lot of traditional food that we enjoy every day, and also on some occasions. One of these favorite dish that we have here in our country is called tajine, named after the container in which we cook. The container is made of clay, and the tajine is mostly composed of different vegetables like potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and so on with some beef, lamb, or chicken. It is a very delicious dish that a lot of people here in Morocco eat almost every day.
