I am in my mid-30s and I have been trying to lose some weight for a few months now. The progress hasn't been that much, as compared to when I was in my 20s. I do not know why, but I feel like my system is sluggish, sort of. I have tried every aspect that I was incorporating back then when I was in my 20s. Even though it is working right now, it is very slow. I don't know what to do. I have stopped and tried and stopped and tried and stopped and tried again. And I'm not stopping. I just hope that I find new ways of trying again so that I'm able to reach my ultimate goal so that I feel good about myself. I hope I'll succeed, even though the process is slow.
