Am I artistic?

I would like to be. I think about it quite a bit, and I used to do it quite a lot when I was younger. I used to draw. I used to sculpt. And actually, in college I did take one sculpture class and my professor, for our final project wanted us to decide what we would do. And I kept going with this idea or that idea, and she kept saying, "You know, that's not really interesting. That one's not really good. That's really a cliche."

And I got really frustrated and I was also taking a science class at the time and I was looking at this black and white illustration of a stomach and I thought, "Hey, what if I do a sculpture of a human stomach?" and I went to her and I told her and she was like, "Wow, I never thought of that" so I made this really gory and grotesque, giant plaster stomach with, like as if it has just been ripped out of somebody's body, and she thought I should have displayed it in the student art show the next year but unfortunately I left that college.
