Yes, I think men should pay for everything on the first date. It's a gentlemen thing to do. If you are taking a young lady out for something to eat, a bite to eat, you gotta get into her good books. You've got to pay for the first meal and see how it goes from there. In future she can pay if she offers but it's your duty to decline.
