Hi, my name's Julia, I'm from Manchester in the UK. My question is should people be allowed to carry guns for protection?

And my answer to that question would be no. I don't think people should be able to carry guns, because if you don't have a gun then you can't use it and even if you know what you're doing with a gun, you're a gun expert and you have experience shooting and taking care of a gun, you can still have an accident and you could still use it in a situation in a moment of panic or fear or anger and therefore I think it's better to take guns out of the equation completely and have a gun free society.
