Hi. My name's Tina. I'm from the United States and the question is is outsourcing a problem in your country?

I believe that in the last ten, fifteen years outsourcing has become a bigger problem in the United States. A lot of people that maybe didn't have college degrees and worked in factories have lost their jobs to people overseas who will do the same job for a cheaper price. However, there's a lot of pressure in the United States to keep costs down and in order to keep costs down we have to send companies to other countries to do the work. So it's impossible to keep everyone happy. You either keep the workers happy or you keep the buyers happy. There's really no way to make everyone happy.
