I think it's pretty cheap in Nigeria. For example, you can live on about $200 to rent an apartment for a month and even eat three meals a day for less than $10. This is if you live like the locals. Of course there are restaurants and apartments that are just as expensive as can be found in large cities anywhere in the world. But if you live like the locals do, yes, Nigeria is pretty cheap.
