Is life better or worse in this digital era?
Hi, my name is Billy and I am currently living in South Africa. My question today is life better or worse in this digital era?
Okay, so one thing is we sure life is better because you're able to watch this video and I'm able to make this video for you to watch. So I would say life is great with that. However, I would say that it actually depends because although life is supposedly increasing with the amount of technology that we are exposed to right now, I think the quality of life has decreased. There's a lot of people that are digitally connected or digitally informed.
However, quality wise, the quality of their friendship, the quality of their connections, or even just the quality of the entertainment that they are exposed to or their watch has decreased to a severe level. Although life is better because I can call you at any time and you can answer. I think that it's very hard for people to keep a quality of life that makes them happy and that makes them feel fulfilled.
What about you? Do you think life is better or worse in this digital era? I'd like to hear from you.
