Examples:

  2. It was raining hard, so needless to say, the game was canceled.

kind of

Meaning: In a way; somewhat.

Examples:

  1. I kind of like spicy food, but not too much.
  2. It’s kind of difficult to explain.

gatherings

Meaning: Meetings of people for a special purpose or event.

Examples:

  1. Our family gatherings are always fun.
  2. The community holds regular gatherings to discuss local issues.

somehow we manage

Meaning: Even though it is difficult, we succeed in doing it.

Examples:

  1. We don’t have much money, but somehow we manage.
  2. It was a hard project, but somehow we managed to finish it.

anyway

Meaning: Used to change the topic or return to the main point.

Examples:

  1. Anyway, let’s get back to the subject.
  2. Anyway, I should be going now.

moving around

Meaning: Changing location often.

Examples:

  1. He’s always moving around from one city to another.
  2. They moved around a lot when they were kids.
