Yes, I have. In 2007, I was the best man at a good friends wedding and I made a best man's speech. I was pretty nervous about what to say, but I got some advice from my friends, and basically in the speech I made fun of my friend. I made some jokes about him, and talked about how his new wife would make up for his many, many short-comings. Things that I think are funny about his personality. I told a few funny stories. From the reaction of the guests it seemed to go okay, but I was still nervous.
