Kathy: Hi everyone. I'm Kathy. And this is Ty. We're from Vietnam. And our question is, is Christmas celebrated in your country? Is it celebrated in our country?
Ty: Well, yes. We do celebrate Christmas every year, even though we are not ... the majority of the population is not Christian. So on Christmas we do basically what normal Westerners do. So we do hang out with our friends and family. We do go out to eat some fried chicken. We also have-
Kathy: We also buy presents.
Ty: Yeah, and we also have this big Christmas tree in the center of the city.
Kathy: Yeah, we do. However, there are differences though because we don't have snow. And also the meaning of Christmas in our country is kind of different, whereas in Western country it's more religious because it's attached to their religion and their beliefs. However, it's kind of used in our country ... It's used as an excuse for gathering and also hanging out and buying presents and giving to your friends or your lovers. So I think those are the things that are similar and also the differences when Christmas is celebrated in our country.
