If you could change your nationality, what would it be?

Lesson Activities | Free PDF Worksheet

Hi, my name is Saif and I'm from Pakistan. And my question is, if I could change my nationality, what would it be?

If I could change my nationality, I would change it to the nationality of the world. I don't just want to belong to a single nationality. Rather, I want the entire globe to be my nation. I want the freedom to roam around the world without a special permit, a visa, or in an invitation. I don't want to be branded a particular nation: for example, Pakistani, Indian, Japanese, African or American. I want to be known by who I am and not where I'm from. Earth is my nation. Hence, in my opinion, we should drop the notion of being nation-centric and focus on uniting as one, the human race, and thus be earth-centric.
