How do you feel about superhero movies?

Lesson Activities | Free PDF Worksheet

Hello, I'm Victoria. I'm from Suriname. And my question is, what or how do you feel about superhero movies? Love them or hate them?

I love superhero movies because I find them inspiring. We all know, or at least I hope we all know, that superhero movies are fantasy, but still it provides us with a number of things. The first one is an escape from reality for at least an hour. The second thing that I get from a superhero movie is that anything is possible. Of course, in a movie, it's exaggerated, fantasized. But one thing that I can take away from a superhero movie is that we can do things which we otherwise wouldn't think would be possible. And to be honest, don't we all dream about having superpowers. So watching such a movie, identifying with a character in such a movie, is invigorating, I believe. So I love superhero movies.
