Micky: Now we're talking about renting a home. Is it better for you to rent or to own? So Shon what do you think?

Shon: Well it depends on to be honest but for me let's say if we say about the car, I guess it's better to own yourself.

Micky: Well that's nice.

Shon: When it comes to the house or if you're living abroad it's better always to rent instead of having because you're living abroad right, you won't live there for good. But when it comes to the small, small things I prefer to own myself because it's your own, you can do whatever you want to do with it.

Micky: All right, I see. I think renting in some way is more ecological if you look at it from the other aspect of the thing because if you rent something you know you will use it for some time and hand it over because more times if you own it's, how do I put it, it's more or less not ecological because you always want to keep that thing and get a new one and add to it so you keep trying. But if you rent you give it away again and you give others a chance to use it.

Shon: OK, now I see. Well maybe we should start doing the reverse then?

Micky: To start renting cars it is easy because you can get a good bargain from your car company and after using it you can hand it over and get a new car so you can get to use any cars you want to use at any particular time, any day, anywhere in any place.
