computer pro

I'm not a computer pro.

A 'computer pro' is a computer professional, or a person who works with computers for his job.  Notice the following:

  1. There is a serious problem with my computer.  I need a computer pro for a friend.
  2. She left her laptop with the computer pro and ran to class.

on the other hand

On the other hand though, if you just want to be mobile with your computer ....

You can use this phrase with the phrase 'on one hand' to show two opposing facts or ideas about a situation.  Notice the following:

  1. On one hand I love going to university, but on the other hand I hate having no money.
  2. She is a good friend, but on the other hand she can't keep a secret.

best of both worlds

So you have the best of both worlds, really.

If you have the 'best of both worlds,' you have a combination of two positive things.  For example, if you like hamburgers and you like pizza then hamburger pizza would be the best of both worlds.  Notice the following:

  1. He has an excellent salary and a flexible schedule, the best of both worlds really.
  2. She had the best of both worlds, a job that she loved and a house in a tropical paradise.

keep in touch

Mainly I want to use it to keep in touch with my family and my friends.

If you 'keep in touch' with someone you maintain contact with them through email, mail, telephone, Facebook, etc.Notice the following:

  1. How do you keep in touch with your best friend?
  2. I hope we keep in touch after high school.

I'd also like to use it for work, to make worksheets.

A "worksheet" is a paper with questions or practice, usually to use with students in a classroom setting.  Notice the following:

  1. The teacher was tired so she gave the students a worksheet.
  2. I don't understand my math worksheet at all.  Will you help me?
