Hello everybody. My name is Niluka and I'm from Sri Lanka. Today my question is was I a tomboy when I was small or was I into girlie things.

I would say that I was such a tomboy when I was small because I had an older sister who was very girlie so I wanted to do something different from her. So I had my hair short until I was sixteen, I played field hockey very tough. I was almost like a boy, and my parents always wanted a boy so they always even called me son in Sinhala. I grew up a a real tomboy, but after high school I thought I should get back to you know a laid-back life and become a girl a bit.
