The question is how do you stay healthy?
I stay healthy by eating healthy food as much as I can. I try to sleep as much as I can as well, and of course I play sports. I love sports very much. I like to try different kinds of sports every now and then in order to explore and in order to see if I’m going to like the sport or not. And yeah, it helps me a lot in matters of fitness, in positivity as well, because when your body is healthy, your life immediately becomes positive, and it affects your work as well because you become very energetic, very positive, very fit, so it immediately affects your work life, your mental health, everything. So yeah, it’s really important.
