One person I really admire is Charles Darwin. If you don't know, he's a very, very famous scientist which lived in the 1800's.

He was born in England but travelled the world and came up with probably the most influential science of our time. He discovered the theory of evolution, and this theory has changed the way we think about life, and has changed the way I personally think about life and the world and how science works, so he's really amazing. He thought outside the box, and came up with something really original and really important and changed a lot people's perceptions. I also like Charles Darwin because he was very into nature and discovering how it worked and how different animals did the same things in different ways, and really brought zoology and wildlife into people's homes and into people's books, so he made a lot of big changes to the world.

That's why I like Charles Darwin.
