What is something that stresses me out?
Hi, I'm Olivia. I'm originally from Washington DC, and right now I live in London. And my question is, what is something that stresses me out?
Unfortunately, I am prone to stress. I consider myself an anxious person. And because of that, I tend to plan and plan and plan ahead so that everything is in place and I've considered everything that can possibly go wrong and I've mapped out my day and I know how long it's going to take me. And I get really stressed out if other people don't adhere to the plan that I have in my head, which is a problem because I don't often communicate my plan because I'll just assume we're all on the same page about something. And then if the timing is slightly off or someone has a slightly different idea, I get really stressed out because I've built up all of my expectations on my own plan, and how that's going to go and I'm not very flexible to change.
So I'm really working on one, communicating what I have in my mind and two, not getting super anxious when plans change.
