And I would have to say that breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I eat breakfast at the same time every day. I make the same thing for breakfast every day. I eat oatmeal porridge and I usually put a few raisins in there and I heat it up a little bit using the microwave, soften it and I eat that and I drink coffee. And in the mornings when I wake up, I'm so hungry so it's great to have a big hearty breakfast so breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.
