I am going to talk about breaking bad habits.
I've broken a bad habit before. I was a smoker for about five years and recently I stopped and it was probably the best decision I've ever made in my life. I mean, you know, in, of course you know, it makes you, you know, it makes you really sick and exposes you to all sorts of possibilities for heart disease and lung cancer et cetera but I found that generally speaking being a smoker is, is more of a nuisance to yourself than anything.
You know, having to constantly think about where's your next cigarette and when you should have it and is it OK to smoke here and, you know, going and constantly spending money on cigarettes. It just did, it doesn't really pay off does it? So I'm glad I quit, if not for the health benefits then at least to make my life a little bit easier. Thank you very much.
