Seaside Town
Ursula talks about a special place.
I'd like to tell you about the house that my parents live in now. When they retired, they moved away from the town where I grew up so that they could be closer to the seaside. So now when you leave their house, it takes you about two minutes to get to the beach, and this beach is not a normal sandy beach. It actually has many, many rocks on it that we call shingle. So it's not really relaxing to lie down or to play on it, but it is a really lovely area to sit and have a picnic. The other good thing about this area is that there are no cars allowed. So all you can do is cycle or walk. Many people also like to walk their dogs there, so it's a great place to get to know and meet lovely dogs and puppies.
