Avocados

I really love eating avocados. I'm not sure why exactly, but I like texture and taste, and there is kind of a way to cut it and remove the seed in the middle. I never knew that until I arrived in Mexico, where they taught me how to remove the seed in the middle with a knife, which is quite fun actually. In the Mexican culture, avocados are used in many dishes, either fresh cutting cubes mixed with tomatoes, or mixed into a sauce, either spicy or not. In most places around the world, avocados are really expensive, but in Mexico it's fairly affordable. The size of avocados can vary greatly. For example, in Kenya, avocados are the size of melons. These are huge.
