Rocio / Colombia
What sports do you like to play?
Hi, my name is Rocio, and I'm from Colombia. The question is what sports do you like to play?
Well, when I was younger, I really loved a sport called kicking ball. It's like baseball, but instead of hitting, it's kicking with foot, it's really fun. I played that sport for years. I also like volleyball. I think it's really fun, on the beach or whatever. It's really cool. Right now, I don't play those sports, but I go to the gym every single day, lifting weights. I do CrossFit. I do functional training. I think exercise, sports, moving, it's the best thing you can do for yourself or your health. And yeah, I train every single day of my life.
