What app is very trendy these days?

Lesson Activities | Free PDF Worksheet

Hello, my name is Grace. I'm from South Africa, and what app is very trendy these days?

I would say an app like Duo Lingo is very trendy to the point where people can make memes about it and it's sort of well-known how the app looks depending on how many days you've missed or if you've kept up your streak of practicing languages. It's quite diverse. It's got lots of languages to learn. It allows you to learn the language itself, to practice speaking, to learn characters in some cases. And it's really useful. And I think everyone should give some sort of language app a try, but Duo Lingo seems to be the most popular to the point where they've got Duo Lingo On Ice. I know. It's quite entertaining and most of it is about learning how to sing or how to speak other languages while they sing.

And it's entertaining, but it just goes to show how widespread the app itself is.

Teacher's note:
Duo Lingo On Ice is a musical production.
