Ecuador

I have been living in Ecuador for quite some time now, and one of the fascinating things about this country is that it is divided in three main regions. Now, each of these regions has its own Spanish accent. They have their own cuisine, their own customs. And the beautiful thing is that whenever you meet someone, you can quickly identify where they're from, if they're from the coastal regions, if they're from the mountain regions, or if they're from the Amazon, just by hearing their dialect, which is quite fascinating. And you can find every type of food in the mountain ranges, which is mostly based off of potatoes and grains. And then you go to the coast where all of the food is mainly based on plantain and seafood.
