Local Cafe

One of my favorite cafes to visit here in Ecuador has to be one of the many shops that belongs to the most popular cafe chain here in the country, which is called the Hansel in Gretel. Now, what I like about this one shop is that it's actually built around a tree, and this tree happens to be endemic to the region where it's located, which is up the mountain ranges. And what you get is one of the most beautiful shops you will ever enter, and the food and the coffee or excellent. The coffee especially hits just right because the city it's located in, which is Kuka, happens to be one of the coldest cities in the country.
